Responsibilities
- Lead and complete full residential bathroom remodels
- Perform tub-to-shower conversions
- Install bath systems and wall surrounds
- Complete demolition, carpentry, waterproofing, flooring, and light plumbing
- Transport materials to job sites; remove and dispose of debris upon job completion
- Maintain clean, safe, professional work environments
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years bathroom remodeling experience
- Proven experience with tub-to-shower conversions preferred
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
- Pickup truck of mid-height van for material transporation
- Active Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) License
- Active Workman's Compensation Insurance policy
- Ability to provide photos of completed bathroom remodel projects
